Pretzels and Chopsticks

Its interesting how people react to things that I've been doing. Take for example my chopstick goal that I posted about. About a three weeks ago, I helped install some computers for a customer of ours. While I was installing them, I made conversation with one of the ladies that worked there. Some Blah Blah stuff and in the middle of the conversation I brought up that I was eating almost every meal with chopsticks for a week. She thought that was neat and offered me some pretzels. I ate so many of those pretzels that my mouth was drooling. This past Thursday, she brought over a bucket of those Cabela's brand pretzels and chopsticks to go with them. I was amazed that she would stop by our office and offer me these items. Even though the chopsticks thing felt kinda of silly, it was cool to see someone remember that and actually offer me chopsticks to use.

The Clouds Stalk On Their Prey

I'm finding it harder everyday to concentrate on anything. I think a lack of focus and motivation are a big part of it. Everyday it seems like stress gets the best of me. This is something I really need to work on...

PS - Please check out a friend of mine's website. It is www.3vine.com. He sells Hemp Wear and would greatly appreciate comments on his website. Peace Out!

Chopstick Suey!!!

Its amazing how two little sticks can change the way someone eats. A friend and I made a silly goal to eat using chopsticks for one week. We either used them every other meal or with food that you could eat with a fork. This was a challenge for me because I hardly used chopsticks. Every meal that I had to use them, I made sure I had the right type of food in front of me. I ate everything from Oreos, Chicken Nuggets, and Spaghetti. What's really cool about this challenge was that I actually got something from it. I see this silly goal as something that was great to accomplish. I planned my meals which is something I normally don't do. The thing I learned from this was that I needed to plan out my goals better. Whether they are daily, weekly, or monthly. Having a goal in front of me and the challenge of getting it done in a certain time really made me want to achieve it. I think I'll be more goal oriented than every before.
