Yes Chef!!!

Hello everyone...its been a while since i've posted. I've been watching a show called Kitchen Nightmares. I love this show! It features the one and only chef Gordon Ramsey. You may have seen his other show: Hell's Kitchen. I love how Gordon approaches every restraunt/kitchen situation. He tries out their food, observes dinner services, and then looks to ways to improve them. He really does his homework and is a very in your face person. I recommend watching at least an episode to see how he does w/these restraunts. Its awesome...
